Oh, boy. Here we go again. Hot on the heels of Javier Milei’s victory in Argentina, Geert Wilders is on track for a massive election boost in the Netherlands. We all know what that means: exactly what it meant when Giorgia Meloni and Viktor Orban won and when Marine Le Pen came close.

The media are launching into another horking chorus of “far-right!”, “anti-Islam!”, “populist!” and, of course, “TRUMP!!”

Mainstream media journalists are, after all, like Douglas Adams’ sheep: “creatures who learned very little on their journey through life, and would be startled to see the sun rising in the morning”. So, naturally, people of a nation democratically choosing to elect anyone but a right-on, annointed apparatchik of the Globalist Woke startles sheep-like journalists into a chorus of frantic bleating.

The far-right, anti-Islam populist Geert Wilders was headed for a massive parliamentary election victory Wednesday in one of the biggest political upsets in Dutch politics since World War II, and one that is bound to send shockwaves through Europe.

Far-right, anti-Islam populist Geert Wilders…

ABC Australia

Well, you get the picture:

It’s almost like they’re following a crib sheet. The BFD.

Naturally, the woke Bible of the wokest state in Australia isn’t about to be outdone by the rest of the flock.

The far-right [DRINK!] and anti-Islam [DRINK!] populist [DRINK!] Geert Wilders was headed for a landslide parliamentary election victory Wednesday in one of the biggest political upsets in Dutch politics since World War II, and one that is bound to send shockwaves through Europe.

Hold on, didn’t I already read that? It’s almost as if these clowns are just copying-and-pasting the same rubbish.

The result puts him in line to lead talks to form a new ruling coalition and possibly become the country’s prime minister at a time of political upheaval through much of Europe.

“Political upheaval” meaning that the revolting peasants are finally arking up against the globalist nostrums of climate change and open borders. The electoral tumbrils are rolling through the streets and the courtiers of the globalist Sun Kings are all out of cake.

“Voters said ‘we are sick of it. Sick to our stomachs’,” a jubilant Wilders said, adding he was now on a mission to end the “asylum tsunami” referring to the migration issue that came to dominate the campaign.

He also called on other parties to constructively engage in coalition talks […]

Wilders’ election program includes calls for a referendum on the Netherlands leaving the European Union, a total halt to accepting asylum-seekers and migrant pushbacks at the Dutch borders.

It also advocates the “de-Islamisation” of the Netherlands, although he has been milder about Islam during this election campaign than in the past.

“The Dutch will be No. 1 again,” Wilders said. “The people must get their nation back.”

Ha! Haven’t they learned, yet? Westerners have no right to their own nations any more. They’re the property of the mendicant hordes of sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East.

But the MP, who has in the past been labelled a Dutch version of Donald Trump [DRINK!], first would have to form a coalition government before he can take the reins of power.

And you just know the Ague is itching to rehash its other ‘far-right’ boogeymen.

The historic victory came one year after the win of Italian Premier Giorgia Meloni [DRINK!], whose Brothers of Italy’s roots were steeped in nostalgia for fascist [DRINK!] dictator Benito Mussolini [DRINK!]. Meloni has since mellowed her stance on several issues and, as Italy’s premier, has become the acceptable face of the hard right [DRINK!] in the EU […]

From Slovakia and Spain, to Germany and Poland, populist [DRINK!] and hard-right [DRINK!] parties triumphed in some EU member nations and faltered in others.

If nothing else, we’re all going to be pleasantly sauced by this drinking game.

Then there’s this gem:

The election was called after the fourth and final coalition of outgoing Prime Minister Mark Rutte resigned in July after failing to agree to measures to rein in migration.

Rutte was replaced by Dilan Yesilgoz-Zegerius, a former refugee from Turkey who could have become the country’s first female prime minister had her party won the most votes. Instead, it was forecast to lose 11 seats to end up with 23.

The Age

In other words, the EU elite can install all the multicultural sock-puppets it can get away with, but when they’re forced, kicking and screaming, to let the hoi polloi have their say, the filthy unwashed masses have a dreadful habit of thinking for themselves.

Punk rock philosopher. Liberalist contrarian. Grumpy old bastard. I grew up in a generational-Labor-voting family. I kept the faith long after the political left had abandoned it. In the last decade...
