Recently I wrote about how “magic tricks” are being used to distract us from the important things that are happening right now. And I wondered what the Three Waters spectacle was distracting us from.

James Roguski has the answer. He reports that the WHO has been secretly working on a radical change to the International Health Regulations. These regulations are legally binding on signatories such as New Zealand.

The WHO is proposing the following Article 3 change among others:

  1. The implementation of these Regulations shall be with full respect for the dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms of persons based on the principles of equity, inclusivity, coherence and in accordance with their common but differentiated responsibilities of the States Parties, taking into consideration their social and economic development.

This is incredible. Gone is respect for the rights of individuals. Now only collective “State Parties” have responsibilities based on equity, inclusivity and coherence, whatever those terms mean.

State Parties (such as New Zealand) agree to follow the recommendations and guidance provided by the unelected WHO officials. If they don’t then the money that they have given to the WHO for collective pandemic response can be forfeit and essential pharmaceuticals can be withheld.

Under these regulations, New Zealand will have to enact public health measures (lockdowns, vaccination, testing, quarantine, digital pass,…) without respect of individuals’ rights so long as New Zealand acts Equitably (i.e. New Zealand’s financial contribution and receipts from the WHO are proportionate to its perceived “wealth”).

Roguski reports that his jaw hit the floor when he read the proposed change. But said…

This is actually a blessing in disguise that should serve to awaken everyone to the dangers posed by these psychopaths.

I agree. It reminds me of why I love three five waters. Yet I think these new regulations are yet another magic trick.

You see, under the old regulations “persons” are supposed to have “…dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms”. But New Zealand legislators and judges seem to not have received the memo. Judges have decided that persons’ rights under the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act 1990 do not override e.g. the COVID-19 Public Health Response Act 2020 and its regulations. In other words, the old regulations did not protect us so why are the new ones such a threat?

Because it is a magic trick. If New Zealand legislators and judges can trick you into going along with their “acts, statutes and regulations” by getting you to volunteer to identify with your person and supposedly with a nod to your “human rights”, then what will happen when they don’t need to pretend you have “human rights”? They can say: we must go along with the WHO. We are legally bound.

But it is a house of cards. As I have repeatedly written, New Zealand is a corporation, the WHO is a corporation and your legal person is also a corporation. According to the doctrine of Ultra Vires, a corporation cannot take a power to itself that it does not have by law. So, no corporation has power over men (created male and female) unless we agree to represent our corporations (persons).

We are at a turning point. Will we go along with the magic trick of the WHO and acquiesce to our rights being taken? Or will we realise the emperor (or director of the WHO) has no clothes? The choice is ours.
