Having a condiment that accompanies your meal is one of life’s simple enjoyments.
Preserving produce when it is plentiful to enjoy later in times of scarcity and working with the seasons as much as possible is the way nature intended, and is the essence of my work.
Using fresh locally grown produce is my passion and using only essential preservatives such as sugar and vinegar are the hallmark of my range of products.
All products are made in small batches with love and care. This ensures they remain wholesome with maximum flavour. The natural flavours and colours of the products speak for themselves. I endorse the authenticity of the ingredients used in my jams, pickles, relishes and preserves and leave it to you to taste, savour and enjoy.
