The Doctor

Despite what we have been told, there are really two worlds. These worlds mirror each other. One is the real world created by God which I will call “the earth”. The other is also thousands of years old but it was created by man. Let us keep calling that one “the world”.

In the earth, we have real things and people. People and many other things are alive and the laws that govern the earth are sometimes called the laws of physics or science.

But in the world, there are only fake things. These fake things are created by pieces of paper. For each real thing in the earth (that is important to people) there is mention of it in a piece of paper in the world.

Often, we confuse the name of the fake thing in the world for the real thing in the earth. For example, we call a car (which is a real thing on the earth) a vehicle. But a vehicle is a fake thing in the world. Vehicles were originally limited liability entities created by shipping companies to hold the cargo for a voyage. That way if the cargo was lost then only the vehicle went bankrupt, not the whole shipping company.

A vehicle is a legal fiction. It is a fake thing that is imagined to exist in order to facilitate the law. Almost everything that we believe in when it comes to politics, government, money and the law is fictional in this way.

For example, a person is a legal fiction. It enables people or other entities (that are not people) to take on legal rights and duties. Consider the Legislation Act 2019 Section 13.

person includes a corporation sole, a body corporate, and an unincorporated body

So a person could mean people or any of the above other legal entities.

But our legislation does not apply to people. Part 2 of section 381 of the Criminal Procedure Act 2011 Section 364 and this section override every enactment other than the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act 1968 and the Consular Privileges and Immunities Act 1971 (whether passed before or after the commencement of this section) having the effect of granting people of any description, or the holders of stated offices or positions, protection or immunity from criminal or civil liability (or both).

What?! People of any description have immunity from criminal or civil liability (or both)?

Of course! Only persons have such liability. And what are these persons? A corporation sole, a body corporate, and an unincorporated body.

It follows that people and persons are two distinct but related things. Thus, the Bible speaks of a man not being a person but having a person.

Let me not, I pray you, accept any man’s person, neither let me give flattering titles unto man.

Job 32:21

And in Schedule 1 of our own Imperial Laws Application Act 1988, the Statutes of Westminster 1275 says:

“The King willeth and commandeth … that common right be done to all, as well poor as rich, without respect of persons.”

I know. It is incredible. The whole system is based on legal fictions not real people. But don’t bother to rush and consult with a lawyer. Even they are not taught this information [i].

Apart from turning our belief in the legal system upside down, what else does this mean?

Recall from our previous article that the international bankers want to take control of our property using the power of the trust. But trusts come with two downsides for them as trustees.

One downside is that the trustee must treat the beneficiary fairly and honestly and do his best to maintain and increase the property in the trust. This is quite a bit of work, for which the trustee is not paid.

Another downside is that the trustee must pay fines, fees, taxes, levies, claims, judgements, etc. against the property and the bankers could end up out of pocket. This is unconscionable in their view.

This is where the person comes in. The bankers have already created a person for us when we were born. And, as we have discussed, the bankers trick us into giving them our property which creates a trust. We are the settlor and beneficiary, and they are the trustee.

But then we use our person to apply for something [ii]. Our application creates a new trust. But there is no real thing in the new trust, only a fake thing created by the piece of paper. Now the bankers are the settlors of this new trust, and our person is the trustee. The people (including us) are the beneficiaries.

And now our person must pay any fines, fees, taxes, levies, claims, judgements, etc. against this fake property. Furthermore, the real thing does not belong to us. We have given it away and are now simply trustee for the piece of paper that corresponds to it. The deception is complete.

[ii] Remember how they always want us to present ID when we apply for any government or banking service? This is getting us to identify as our person.
