Many songs get covered or re-interpreted, the covers often being more successful than the original.

“Can’t Help Falling In Love” is a song written by Hugo Peretti, Luigi Creatore, and George David Weiss . It was first released by Elvis Presley on his 1961 album “Blue Hawaii”.

It has been covered by a great many acts including:

Perry Como on his 1962 album “By Request”.

The McCoys on their 1965 album “Hang On Sloopy”.

Bob Dylan included his version on his 1970 album “Dylan”.

Christine McVie recorded her version for the 1986 flim and soundtrack album “A Fine Mess”

UB40 released their take as a 1993 single.

The Stray Cats included it on their 1993 album “Original Cool”.

Pentatonix on their 2017 EP “Vol.  IV”
