These photos were sent to me yesterday but this problem has been going on for months now.

Rat holes in Kerikeri.
There are rats there and they are undermining the infrastructure and you can see the power cables.

A person who goes to the Curves Gym noticed that the ground was subsiding and then another day some children told this person to be careful as there are rats there undermining the infrastructure and exposing power cables.

The person went to the council to make a complaint on two occasions and also spoke to staff at the gym who told them that the engineers who are in the building beside them are using the gym toilets as their toilets are blocked! I wonder why?

In response to the complaints, the council have put four cones around the area as if that will stop the problem. This is in the middle of Kerikeri township and it is both a health hazard for disease and a safety hazard as the rats are undermining the buildings.
