The Crowd has peaked now. Strong police presence on surrounding streets too, patrolling about. As of 12.30 crowd was well behaved physically, just standing about. Vocally they were pretty quiet, with the occasional yelling of their concerns and generally calling out Jacinda and police in a non-violent way.

When the crowd was just building, and grounds were pretty empty, one guy stepped over a barrier, and security said hey you can’t do that, and so he stepped back onto the protest side. I didn’t observe any other protest vs security confrontation.
