The world was shocked to discover that gangs of Pakistani Muslims had been allowed to prey, unchecked, on white and Sikh British girls for decades. They were allowed to get away with it because police, social workers and politicians knew all about it – and turned a blind eye. Even after the horror became public knowledge, certain media outlets still did their utmost to avoid reporting it.

Australia experienced its own Muslim rape-gang horror 20 years ago. Just as in Britain, sections of the media-political elite tried to cover-up and downplay the vile crimes. Because, “racism”.

The racists were, in fact, the Muslims who deliberately targeted white girls. Not to mention their supporters who cheered them on in court and refused to acknowledge that their boys had even committed any crime.

Twenty years later, their attitudes clearly haven’t changed.

Notorious gang rapist Mohammed Skaf continues to deny responsibility for the series of attacks that terrorised Sydney in the lead up to the 2000 Olympics, a parole board has heard as he fights for day release.

Skaf, 37, appeared before a NSW State Parole Board review hearing at Parramatta on Friday, dressed in prison greens and listening intently via an audiovisual link from Junee Correctional Centre as he attempts to walk from prison for the first time in two decades.

Once again, the futility of “de-radicalisation” is laid bare.

At least this time, the creep doesn’t even pretend to be “de-radicalised”.

“There is an abundance of evidence Skaf remains a denier, done the programs, and he’s still a denier,” [David Frearson SC] said.

“What does it take to acknowledge responsibility?”

Probably the eradication of a genuine rape culture which intrinsically views women as inferior – and non-Muslim women as barely human.

Skaf and his brother Bilal led a gang of at least 14 other men who committed a series of rapes from August to September 2000.

Skaf, who was 17 at the time, and his gang raped at least six schoolgirls, some as young as 14.

He has continually denied responsibility and blamed his victims for the series of rapes that shocked the country.

The Australian

What’s particularly shocking about Skaf and his scumbag accomplices’ crimes was not just their brutality – and that was horrifying enough – but just how much support they had in and out of court. The ever-reliable Keysar Trad whined that it was “unfair” that the rapists’ ethnicity had been reported. Families of the perpetrators threatened victims and abused them in court.

When journalist Miranda Devine stated the obvious – that it was a racially motivated hate crime – she was attacked and vilified by “progressives”.

Then there were the attitudes of some in high places. One sentencing judge stated, incredibly, that “there is no evidence before me of any racial element in the commission of these offences”. This, despite the rapists calling their victims “Aussie pigs” and saying “You deserve it because you’re an Australian”.

And, of course, thanks to bleeding-heart judges, one way or another, Skaf will be released within two years instead of serving his original 78 year sentence.
