“There is no racist like an antiracist,” Theodore Dalrymple once wrote. While that may seem counter-intuitive, Dalrymple explains its logic: “That is because he is obsessed by race…He looks at the world through race-tinted spectacles”.
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr famously said that one should be judged by the content of their character and not the colour of their skin. For the race-obsessed left, besotted with the spurious ideology of “intersectionality”, the colour of one’s skin is the most important thing to judge someone by.
This race-obsession is another thing the left share with the Nazis they obsess about while knowing practically nothing about. The Nazis were absolutely fixated with race. Like the intersectional left, the Nazis placed race at the forefront of their judgement.
So does Australia’s taxpayer-funded left-wing propaganda unit.

Did you say “entertainers”?
You might even have said that Guy Sebastian is one of our most talented and highest-profile “Australian Idols”.All of those answers would seem reasonable, even obvious. Competing on Australian Idol is how Sebastian came to national attention. Singing is what he does.
But, like an SS Obersturmbahnfuhrer poring over an ahnentafel in order to determine someone’s fitness for citizenship in the Reich, none of those qualities come first to mind for the ABC.
When the ABC’s Jason Om tweeted Thursday that Sebastian’s manager had been arrested for allegedly defrauding him, the 7.30 journalist wrote: “One of Australia’s most talented and highest profile POC should not have been treated this way.”
So, there you go: Guy Sebastian is not noted for his singing, his musical talent, or even his extensive charitable work. Not at the ABC, anyway. All the taxpayer-funded wokesters can see is the colour of his skin.
The ABC’s obsession with race is not just unhealthy, it’s pathological. And it is why we must regard most journalists at the ABC as activists rather than professionals.
Guy Sebastian is a highly talented musician – nothing to do with skin colour. His former manager allegedly defrauded him – nothing to do with skin colour.
That’s the news – nothing to do with the ABC.
