Now that our lawmakers are wanting to pass a law to allow doctors to kill a baby right up till birth and even after birth (if they survive an abortion) by leaving them to die (by denying them medical assistance) they are having to make changes to prevent them being legally charged with murder.
We are soon going to have a legal situation where someone punching or kicking a pregnant woman and causing the death of her unborn child will be charged with murder but when they are paid to kill her unborn child they will be legally protected.
How can this illogical legal situation be allowed to exist? If it is killing a human being in one case but not in another then logically hiring a hitman to kill someone should not be classed as murder as you are using a professional to do the job.
