Fair and Reasonable Campaign

Jacinda Ardern has just announced the election date: 19 September

We have 235 days to convince New Zealanders to support parties and policies which protect our firearms sports and rural way of life – in particular, we need to fight for a Government that will stop the persecution of responsible firearms owners and take on the gangs and thugs that are actually the problem. We need to rebalance the debate so the banning of firearms and the proposed firearms register is reversed.

In the next few days, COLFO will be finalising our pre-election campaign strategy. But we need to know what resources we have available. We need every dollar to take on Labour, the Greens, and (sadly) New Zealand First, who have supported the firearm clampdowns to date.

Our work in forming the Fair and Reasonable campaign has seen a media presence and a much stronger push back on Jacinda Ardern’s law changes than she expected. But that work is only valuable if we can carry forward the momentum into the election.

We are relying on your support to ensure the voices of responsible firearms owners like you cannot be ignored.
