I see Trevor Mallard is now posting Human Rights messages as if he understands the concept – such as the Human Right to refuse medical treatment and not be treated like an animal for it.
Ardern is now using a delay tactic on the protesters by leaving it to Skegg to decide on mandates in another 2 weeks. In truth, the data and modelling by which that woman makes her decisions – should be live and up to date and already in the public domain, demonstrating exactly how the mandates are justified for each occupation. That truth is enshrined in the New Zealand Bill of Rights & Human Rights as observed by the recent High Court decision.
We have seen Bloomfield refuse vaccine exemptions even when highly qualified specialists are saying a person should NOT be vaccinated. Does he give the requests any consideration at all – or does he just rubber stamp ‘Declined’ on everything which lands on his desk?
The truth is a number of young New Zealand people who would have easily survived Omicron – have been killed by the vaccine. Yet Labour, Mallard, Hipkins, Ardern, Little and Bloomfield are still pushing the vaccine on these people like they are Foie Gras ducks. Such is the hubris of the political elite – they also refuse to engage in talks with any of these good people.
We are dealing with an authoritarian bully Trojan horse Government and while we have seen a few small common sense concessions around MIQ and isolation – mandates are something I’m sure they will continue to obfuscate on.
Mandates now have very little to do with health and everything to do with religious opinion, political opinion and social status (unvaccinated = bad).
The small comfort perhaps is that we get an opportunity to vote these turkeys out in 2023.

Interesting ~~~~~~’s mate took her first jab and had a severe heart reaction to it. She had several different heart specialists all advise her not to take the second one and provided exemption letters. She just received her letter back from Dr Bloom yesterday saying they would not accept these specialist recommendations letters and she was NOT exempt. Her specialists are dumbfounded but said they are a law unto themselves and can not push back for fear of losing their licence.
