The world continues to be absorbed by the fake anomaly which is Jacinda Ardern. It’s a ruse that fooled everyone leading up to the election, where she was gifted the Covid wings which led her to a landslide.

Look at us now. Jacinda Ardern has become a systemic failure, and New Zealand has had enough of it. Under her Supreme Government, we are watching anti-lockdown protests every weekend, a country divided by vaccines and no end in sight.

“Leaders are listeners.” These were the first words uttered by one of my university professors at the start of this year. “And if you’re not going to listen get the **** out of this class.” Well Jacinda, it seems your ears aren’t working; it’s time for you to go.

Most leaders can only fail in the public sector once or twice (if they are lucky) before they are removed or resign in disgrace. There is only so much that people will put up with once the vision that was painted of them is no longer viable.

People speak of Jacinda Ardern as some uncrushable force, a sheer beast capable of tackling every problem. If you asked her, she’d say she was good at everything, except the things she isn’t. David Seymour once said that she was “very good at reading public mood and putting out unifying messages”.

Let’s have a look at how she’s reading the public mood currently. Below are some synopses of my upcoming articles on the failures of Ardern.

Three Waters:

“The biggest asset grab since the 1860s”

Waipa Mayor Jim Mylchreest.

That pretty much sums it up, doesn’t it? This is all her government has been about, supremacy. Three Waters is taking assets away from our elected councils and putting them in the hands of mega entities to strip away any public input. Public opinion is clearly against the changes yet every time we push, they pull. Nanaia Mahuta has made it very clear that she doesn’t care about the strong opposition to her plan: she is doing it anyway.

Lockdowns:

The right to protest and to fight for people’s rights is one of our democracy’s greatest assets as it allows us to question those we elect. We are now seeing mainstream media giants undermining democracy and villainising protestors as “radical activists”. The people who put Ardern in power have the right to say, “Actually no, you’ve got it wrong, and we are going to speak against you.” Jacinda’s lockdowns have cemented and tarnished her 2020 stardust, and public support is beginning to wane.

Vaccines:

We are living in a world where choice is becoming extremely restricted. Ardern is creating a totalitarian nightmare. She complains about the social divide in our country yet she is the one hitting the chisel to split the Kiwi dream.

New Zealanders have always cared about choice, but now we are being divided again, not by race, religion or beer preference, but by a needle that goes in your arm. As much as we have said we are not comfortable with mandates, we are seeing more and more being imposed.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m vaccinated, but I believe in standing together for a choice. It is wrong to create two classes of people. It is a strategy that aims to divide and conquer. What will be next? Mandating drinking only Waikato Draught on a night out with the boys?

Ardern is simply not cut out to be a leader. Her “caring” approach has been whittled down to mere publicity stunts. We define our leaders by how much we can see ourselves in them. How much of the ‘Kiwi Spirit’ can you see in Jacinda Ardern?

Our tolerance has run out – we’ve had enough. That same university professor said to me, “if you can’t shut up for five seconds, how the **** do you expect anyone to listen to you for five more.”

Harry's here to cut the crap. From this University student, you will see content focusing on politics and economics while dabbling in other areas. He's not here to make friends, nor is he here to make...
