What can you tell me about this photo?
Yesterday’s photo was the view of Maxwell on SH3 heading from Wanganui west towards Waverley.
It is halfway between the Wanganui and Waverley, being a horse change place for stage coaches in the old days. So my late uncle said!
Currently, the local iwi is trying to get the name changed to Pararaka.
