As I recently wrote, the Wuhan plague has shown precisely why we need independent media. While the mainstream media have obediently parroted official lies and propaganda, independent journalists, often armed with nothing more than a mobile phone, a backpack and an internet connection, have been asking the hard questions and unearthing the inconvenient information. And they’ve got the big networks panicking.
Sure: sometimes they’ve made mistakes, some of them are fringe conspiracy peddlers – but they’re also some of the best in the business. Tim Pool, Andy Ngo – and James O’Keefe.
O’Keefe, who runs Project Veritas, made his share of mistakes early on, most notably trying to put on Michael Moore-style stunts that made him look just silly, but he has unearthed some of the most amazing scoops of the past couple of years – most recently including footage of illegal immigrants forced to sleep in the dirt under bridges.
O’Keefe’s stock-in-trade is hidden camera recordings that catch his targets saying things they’d clearly rather not have the public hear: Planned Parenthood execs discussing the best ways to harvest and market baby body parts, social media employees boasting about banning conservatives…
…and CNN openly admitting to being a pure propaganda network.
CNN Technical Director Charlie Chester admitted his network did everything it could to vote out President Donald Trump and help now-President Joe Biden win in November 2020.
This is no low-level cubicle monkey, either. Chester describes himself as “one step down from director” of the network.
And he’s inadvertently divulged that the network runs as a propaganda agency: something he’s actually proud of.
“Look what we did, we [CNN] got Trump out. I am 100% going to say it, and I 100% believe that if it wasn’t for CNN, I don’t know that Trump would have got voted out…I came to CNN because I wanted to be a part of that,” Chester revealed.
Chester explained to the Veritas journalist how CNN engaged in “propaganda” when covering Trump’s health compared to Biden’s health.
“[Trump’s] hand was shaking or whatever, I think. We brought in so many medical people to tell a story that was all speculation — that he was neurologically damaged, and he was losing it. He’s unfit to — you know, whatever. We were creating a story there that we didn’t know anything about. That’s what — I think that’s propaganda,” Chester said.
Not only was CNN spinning propaganda out of thin air, Chester admits that they’re doing everything they can to run cover for Biden.
“He is definitely — the whole thing of him running during the entire — like run for the campaign. Showing him jogging is obviously deflection of his age and they’re [CNN] trying to make it like, ‘Oh, I’m healthy.’”[…]
“We would always show shots of him [Biden] jogging and that [he’s] healthy, you know, and him in aviator shades. Like you paint him as a young geriatric.”
Chester also spills the beans on the next big propaganda campaign coming from CNN. They know they’ve flogged the Chinese virus to death, so they’re marshalling their resources for another all-out assault of climate fear-mongering.
“I think there’s a COVID fatigue. So, like whenever a new story comes up, they’re [CNN’s] going to latch onto it. They’ve already announced in our office that once the public is — will be open to it — we’re going to start focusing mainly on climate[…]it’s going to be like, constantly showing videos of decline in ice, and weather warming up, and like the effects it’s having on the economy.”
“[It will be a] Pandemic-like story that we’ll beat to death, but that one’s got longevity. You know what I mean? Like there’s a definitive ending to the pandemic. It’ll taper off to a point that it’s not a problem anymore. Climate change can take years, so they’ll [CNN will] probably be able to milk that quite a bit.”
Veritas Journalist: “So, climate change overload.”
Chester: “Be prepared, it’s coming. Climate change is going to be the next COVID thing for CNN.”
Veritas Journalist: “You think it’s going to be just like — a lot of like, fear for the climate?”
Chester: “Yeah. Fear sells.”
