Dear Subscribers
for those of you who are new one of the most important things to remember to do when you visit The BFD is to log in.
As Customer Services Manager one of the most common queries I get from customers is that they cannot access the content that they paid for. When that happens it is always one of two things.
Either they have forgotten to log in so the system is unable to give them access to their subscription services
or
They have just signed up for a Subscription level that does not give them access to the content that they thought that it did.
You can tell when you have successfully logged into The BFD because you will see a personal message like the one below welcoming you to The BFD.
Every morning at 7.15 am we publish a post that contains all the links needed to update credit card details or to change your subscription details.
