Many songs get covered or re-interpreted, the covers often being more successful than the original.

Here are some cover versions of one song along with the original, let us know in the comments which is your favourite, or if you don’t like any of them.

“The Price Of Love” is a song written by the Everly Brothers and released in 1965.

Several acts have covered it.

Status Quo released a single version in 1969.

Bryan Ferry released his version on the 1976 album “Let’s Stick Together”.

Status Quo had a second stab at it on their 1991 album “Rock ’til You Drop”.

Marianne Faithful included her version on her 2014 album “Give My Love To London”.
