Accusations based on feelings, emotions treated as fact and hate speech “You will know it when you see it.” Their vagueness is DANGEROUS.
Incitement to violence is already illegal.
Protect individual rights and everyone is protected. Protect the rights of the group and the individual loses protection.
Hate is subjective, you might hate what I love and I might hate what you love. Which benevolent godlike entity will decide who’s hate is wrong and who’s hate is acceptable? Such a person does not exist and never will.
