The wheels of justice grind slow, indeed. Still, a win against a corrupt, violent police force brutally enforcing unjust laws is a win for freedom, however belated. The only problem is that, in the interim, the fear of a police state is already instilled in the populace.

After all, it took nearly two years for Victoria Police to drop their ridiculous charge of “incitement to breach a public health order” against Zoe Bruhler. In the meantime, the whole world got to see the pregnant Ballarat mum, crying and in her pyjamas, handcuffed in front of her kids in her own home by Victoria’s goon squad.

Who would dare defy the obviously ludicrous and unjust Covid regulations, after that?

Or risk getting smashed by Dictator Dan’s enforcers?

A professional cage fighter turned key figure of Melbourne’s anti-lockdown rebellion has been hit with more than 20 charges after clashing with police during heated protests over the weekend.

Nick Patterson, 38, was arrested for at least the second time in just three days following the allegedly violent demonstrations in the CBD on Saturday and Narre Warren on Sunday […]

Photos from the scene show Mr Patterson with a bloodied head being attended to by police.

“Being attended to” — is that what they call it, now? In my day, it was “going down the station for a chat”. Usually with the phone book.

Still, like Zoe Bruhler, Nick Patterson has finally achieved something resembling justice. Or about as much as you can get, in Victoria.

A Melbourne court has declared crucial police evidence inadmissible, marking a significant victory for Nick Patterson, a prominent figure in Victoria’s fight for freedom.

Following a tumultuous legal battle, which we’ve covered extensively at Rebel News, Patterson emerged triumphant with the prosecution now completely dropping its case against him.

Aw, how nice of them. It’s only taken two years and an unlawful stint in jail.

He endured 29 days in jail and faced serious charges, including violent offences against police.

And it was all based on lies from out-of-control police.

The presiding judge highlighted discrepancies between police statements and the actual events captured on body-worn cameras. Contrary to police claims, the footage revealed no aggressive behaviour from Patterson or his associates. Instead, it portrayed police initiating the altercation and employing excessive force.

In a scathing rebuke, the judge denounced the police’s conduct as reckless and arbitrary, noting their failure to adhere to legal procedures. The ruling underscored the importance of upholding civil liberties and condemned any unwarranted use of force by law enforcement.

Following the court’s decision, Nick expressed his intention to pursue legal action against the police, both civilly and criminally. He remains resolute in his stance against injustice and urges others to stand firm in defending their rights.

As he should. The thugs behind the disaster of Covid policies shouldn’t be allowed to get away with it. Unfortunately, though, the biggest thugs — politicians and public health bureaucrats — are so far untouchable.

And in the meantime, the message was driven home for all to see: do as you’re told or get the crap beaten out of you and a stint in jail.

Here’s hoping Patterson’s well-deserved win will be a reminder, next time, for people to stand firm in their fight for freedom.
