In one of their more astonishing bouts of idiocy, cheerleading media told American voters to ignore their lyin’ bank balances: the economy was going great. There is no inflation… once you take out food, energy, and housing. Which is a bit like saying that, if you ignore his constant crapping his pants and wandering off from the podium to talk to imaginary people, Joe Biden is the picture of youthful mental acuity.

While the mainstream media just can’t help their hooting, honking, idiot-seal chorus of pretending that all is just fine, even the congenitally insane Democrat party is quietly admitting that “Bidenomics” has screwed America.

So, they’ve just stopped talking about it.

House Democrats abandoned their economic catchphrase “Bidenomics” in recent weeks because it is reportedly an “ineffective” and “tone-deaf” messaging vehicle to hype President Joe Biden’s struggling economy.

Because, sure, if the Dems just stop talking about it, American voters will stop noticing that their economy is in more poo than Joe’s Depends.

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and House Majority PAC no longer use “Bidenomics,” a phrase the White House coined earlier this year to cushion Biden’s “troubling” approval rating, Axios reported Sunday. “The term is nowhere to be found in any of the House Majority PAC’s public releases and posts except for a single press release on July 31,” the outlet noted […]

House Democratic Caucus Chair Pete Aguilar (D-Calif.) has avoided “Bidenomics” on his social media and press releases, except sharing one article on Facebook with the term featured in the headline. His team said he has invoked “Bidenomics” during press conferences.

Biden also dropped the catchphrase during his prepared speeches, NBC News reported: “He hasn’t used it in public remarks since Nov. 1.”

Still, the Dems are trying to put a brave face on it all.

One Democratic strategist said the biggest problem wasn’t using “Biden,” but that the term was too philosophical and required too much explanation.

Oh, no — the problem is very much using “Biden”.

Biden’s struggling economy is the number one issue for 2024 voters.

Voters trust former President Donald Trump over Biden on economic issues.

In the end, it all comes down to the economy, stupids.

But “stupid” is the Biden administration’s middle name, as far as many voters are concerned.

As it turns out, everything Biden touches dies. He has overseen a botched withdrawal in Afghanistan and was president as Russia invaded Ukraine and Hamas terrorists slaughtered Israeli civilians (and Americans). He has lost control of the border entirely, leading to even Democratic city leaders saying that he is not doing enough. Biden’s spending policies led to rampant inflation that has made people’s lives worse. Biden, of course, tried to embrace that as a reason he should be reelected, and it predictably backfired.

No amount of gibbering about a so-called “insurrection” is going to distract voters from those harsh facts.
