Questioning the effectiveness and safety of vaccines makes you a conspiracy theorist according to this RNZ article. The article smears by association by using Philip Arps as an example of a typical conspiracy theory-prone parent.
School boards were no place for people who were not focused on the best interests of the school, he said.
Hmm… maybe just maybe these parents are focused on the best interests of the students?
The Principals Federation told RNZ it was worried by the number of people standing for school boards who were opposed to measures aimed at minimising the spread of Covid-19 such as face masks and vaccinations.
So now being against face masks and all the harm they cause as well as pointing out how useless both they and the vaccine are at preventing people from catching Covid also makes you a person with views unsuitable for a school board.
Parents who care about their children’s health and learning are conspiracy theorists and a real concern if their views do not match the Government narrative but are completely acceptable if they do.
