Here at the BFD we only pay for content that we can afford from our revenue and as we have grown we have relied heavily on our fantastic team of volunteers in order to be able to provide our audience with a New Media site that consistently out performs Media sites funded by the deep pockets of the Government.

Our content grows as our revenue grows. Unlike the MSM we do not have to create content that the Government wants or approves of. We are fully independent and do not need to spout Government propaganda in order to get paid.

The BFD are 95% funded with Member dollars and 5% funded by advertising which means that we are completely independent and do not have to create the kind of content that the Government dictates in order to fund our journalism.
