Although only a newbie to the sport of road cycling, Kim Cadzow won the NZ U23 time trial title in February then came second in the Oceania championships U23 time trial in April.
Now she’s hitting Europe with the British development team and aiming for the WorldTour.
“It’s grit your teeth, put your head down and see how long you can push for before you explode,” she says.
