‘World of Music, Arts and Dance’, begun by world music tragic Peter Gabriel and a feature of NZ’s summer since the late ’90s, is an attempt to revive the 60’s Woodstock ideal: that the world can be changed by young people on drugs, making clothing choices only made by people on drugs.
