I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again: they will never let us be free, if they can help it.
I know I’m in danger of sounding like a broken record, but I wouldn’t have to keep repeating myself if the unholy alliance of governments, public health bureaucrats and the mainstream media didn’t keep proving me right.
At every step of this pandemic, the Covid Dictators have steadily shifted the goalposts of freedom. “Two weeks to flatten the curve” became months of lockdowns and endlessly closed borders. “Wash your hands and social distance” became “wear two masks even indoors” and “don’t talk to your neighbours”. We’ve been told to get vaccinated or lose our rights to socialise, shop, even work.
And the more of us get vaccinated, the higher the Little Hitlers raise the bar.
First, it was 60%, then 70, 80 and even 90%.

President Joe Biden indicated that it will take 97 to 98 percent of Americans receiving the COVID-19 jab before he lets the nation move on from the pandemic. The moment came during a White House event on Monday, where the president was receiving his COVID-19 booster shot.
“I think we get the vast majority … 97 percent, 98 percent. I think we’ll get awful close,” he said. “But I’m not the scientist.”

Clearly not. You’re not even on the same planet as most of us.
Certainly, Biden is delusionally uninformed. No vaccine program has ever achieved anything near such a rate of vaccination. Even the great vaccine success story, smallpox, which aimed to achieve 80% vaccination, only ever achieved much less. The familiar and trusted ‘flu vaccination reaches an uptake of anywhere between 50% and 70% of adults. Rubella vaccinations reach about 60-70% of girls.
It’s hard to see Biden’s (inadvertent?) admission as anything other than a sweeping statement of shocking authoritarianism.
Firstly, the only way near-100% of the population will be vaccinated is by brute state force. Given that a significant number of Americans are already getting religious and medical exemptions from the Covid vaccine, it is inescapable that Biden intends to run roughshod over Americans’ freedom.
Secondly, given that over 15% of the American population is under 10 years old, and 7% under five, Biden is implicitly stating that even very young children will be forced to submit to Covid vaccinations.
Nearly 5% of American women are pregnant at any given time. Ergo, a significant number of pregnant women will also be forced to take the vaccine.
If Sleepy Joe isn’t just pulling imaginary numbers out of thin air, Americans ought to be very, very alarmed at the implications of his statement.
Above all, given that we know no vaccination program has ever reached 100% of the population, the inescapable conclusion is that Americans will never be free again. Covid restrictions will necessarily remain in place, in some form, forever.
