Legal challenges to the US 2020 election are moving so fast it is almost impossible to keep up, although our media make no attempt to enlighten us save the usual disparaging headlines such as “‘100 per cent dead’: Court ruling could torpedo some lawsuits challenging Trump’s loss” or “A look at Donald Trump’s long-shot legal challenges” then pushing the “falsehood” narrative.

Every NZ media outlet reports that Biden won fair and square and diligently reproduces comments like AG Barr’s made partway through his investigation.

“To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have affected a different outcome in the election” the news service quoted Barr as saying.

Barr last month told federal prosecutors to pursue investigations into credible allegations of election fraud, but warned them to avoid probes into “fanciful or far-fetched claims.”

Trump’s legal team responded with “‘With all due respect to the Attorney General, there hasn’t been any semblance’ of an investigation into the president’s complaints…”

Without hard evidence, claims of voter fraud are fanciful or far-fetched but so far no NZ media outlet has reported on the number of legal tussles going on in key US battleground states by Trump’s legal team and others.

For a fraud of this magnitude wouldn’t you think the fraudsters are doubling down and destroying the hard evidence necessary for Trump’s team to secure a legal remedy? Like quietly destroying fake ballots and wiping voter machines clean despite legal attempts to stop them?

In Pennsylvania

GOP attempts to prevent voting results being certified were turned down by the  Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and “Pennsylvania’s lieutenant governor, a Democrat, has warned that Donald Trump’s lawyers would ‘get their clock cleaned’ in the Supreme Court if they attempt to overturn the commonwealth’s electoral results.”

“A group of state GOP lawmakers contesting the result of the Nov. 3 election is continuing a “forensic investigation,” even as their efforts to bring a resolution seeking to overturn the Pennsylvania election certification failed.

In Pennsylvania, Nelson, the Hempfield Republican who joined in the unsuccessful resolution effort to withdraw the election certification in Pennsylvania, said his group plans to release a report soon. He said it would document “sizable irregularities with mail-in ballots between Nov. 3 and Nov. 4.

In Nevada

A judge in Nevada has set a Dec. 3 evidentiary hearing for Republicans who allege widespread voter fraud, which is being presented by President Donald Trump’s campaign lawyer.

Up to 15 witnesses may be deposed in the case, First Judicial District Court Judge James Russell said.

In Georgia

The Senate run-off ballots are coming in amidst allegations of election vote rigging, and after 2,600 Trump votes were “discovered” in Georgia.

“A judge on Sunday blocked election officials from wiping or altering Dominion Voting Systems machines in three counties, but Powell was seeking a statewide order, prompting her to seek an emergency appeal from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

The appeals court on Dec. 2 granted the emergency appeal, ordering plaintiffs to file their initial brief by midnight and defendants to file their response by midnight on Dec. 4. Plaintiffs can file a response to the response by midnight on Dec. 6.

Powell is representing about a dozen voters who argue there was a fraudulent scheme to manipulate the vote count to make sure Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden won Georgia.

Powell is seeking to have outside experts examine Dominion machines. Georgia election officials are attempting to prevent that from happening.”

Epoch Times

Why are officials preventing access to Dominion machines if there is nothing to hide and what’s to stop them wiping the machines clean regardless of any annoying court order?

At the Georgia State Judiciary Sub-Committee hearing on 3rd December video footage was shown of ballots retrieved from suitcases concealed under a black clothed table after counting was wrapped up just after 10pm on election night. The footage shows ballots retrieved and counted after workers and observers were sent home.

Three machines counted ballots until nearly 1am, and given each machine can process 3,000 ballots an hour, Biden’s slim Georgia margin over Trump of 12,670 votes (after the mandatory manual audit required by state law was completed on 20th November) may be the result of processing the hidden ballots at State Farm Arena after voting was halted.

“President Donald Trump’s legal team on Thursday presented surveillance footage to a Georgia State Legislature hearing that appears to show election ballot-counting workers kicking out poll observers late at night on Election Day before pulling out suitcases allegedly filled with ballots.”

The video found at the Epoch Times link is pretty compelling evidence of skullduggery.

In Arizona

Biden is ahead of Trump with a slim margin of 10,500 votes but when the GOP randomly sampled 100 ballots they found that two of Trump’s votes had been altered. 2% of the Arizona vote count of 2,036,439 is 40,728 votes.

Sidney Powell has filed a legal suit alleging manipulation of election software. The hearing is scheduled for 3rd December.

The lawsuit alleges “widespread ballot fraud,” due in part to what the challengers say are machines from Dominion Voting Systems, used in Maricopa County, which they say were designed purposely to take votes away from Trump. Attorney Sidney Powell specifically blames that on Eric Coomer, an executive with the company and “his visceral and public rage against the current U.S. president.”

And that, she said, is part of a criminal conspiracy.

It also claims that poll watchers were unable to adequately verify that the signatures on the envelopes of mail-in ballots were adequately verified.

In Wisconsin:

Trump filed a legal suit late Wednesday alleging a number of constitutional violations by election officials and state leaders including the Wisconsin Elections Commission, Secretary of State Douglas le Follet, Governor Tony Evers and several county mayors, asking that the case be forwarded to the State Legislature, the head of the Electoral College Vote.

Lead counsel Bill Block said “the rules of the election were changed at the last minute and guardrails against fraud were simultaneously lowered” in other battleground states too.

But the Wisconsin Supreme Court declined to take the case, saying, “…under state law, it should have sought a hearing first in a lower-level court”, recommending the Trump campaign “promptly exercise” its right to seek action in a lower court.

In Michigan

Under oath several truck drivers testified about alleged unusual ballot transportation activities reported in Pennsylvania and Michigan in the wee small hours of the morning after the election when we went to bed knowing Trump was leading and woke up to find Biden out in front.

During a hearing before the Michigan Senate Oversight Committee, Republican poll challenger Dr. Michael Dubio stated under oath that between 3:00 a.m and 3:34 a.m. he witnessed a truck delivering ballots to the TCF Center, a conference center in downtown Detroit where Wayne County votes were being counted.

Dubio alleged that “thousands of” ballots were moved into the TCF center during this event.

He didn’t specify which day he saw the truck during his open remarks.

A USPS-contracted trucker also alleged on Tuesday that he transported about 144,000 to 288,000 completed ballots from New York to Pennsylvania on Oct. 21 and the trailer disappeared. He wasn’t given any notice about his trailer.

“The next day, it just got weirder. As I arrived at the Lancaster USPS with my tractor, I went to hook up to my trailer and the trailer was gone,” Jesse Morgan said in a media statement.

Epoch Times

Without hard evidence vote rigging claims are speculative and fanciful, just as AG Barr warned, but why aren’t our media even the tiniest bit interested in the huge amount of information supporting the allegations of voter fraud?
