The United States election saga continues to heat up with Sidney Powell now unleashed from the official Trump campaign legal team to go after Dominion voting machine fraud.  Powell claims she has evidence to prove that millions of votes were intentionally flipped from Trump to Biden on election night throughout all States, but especially those in the battlegrounds.

Known for her competence, integrity and formidable courage, Powell believes that the CIA is behind this treasonous conspiracy, since supercomputer system, The Hammer, and its application, Scorecard, were developed by the intelligence agency.

Whistleblowers have come forward in the past to accuse the Obama administration of using Hammer and Scorecard not only to manipulate voting in Florida during the 2012 election, but also using The Hammer to conduct mass illegal surveillance on American citizens for the dual purpose of “blackmail” and “leverage.”

Dennis Lee Montgomery, a NSA/CIA contractor, software designer and inventor, built The Hammer as a foreign surveillance tool to keep Americans safe during the War on Terror.  But after Montgomery’s contract was over, in March of 2006, Robert Mueller then director of the FBI, directed a raid on Montgomery’s Nevada home and storage units.

Montgomery took the FBI to court and the judge ruled in his favour after warning Mueller that his agents had used falsified affidavits and false search warrants to conduct the illegal raid.  They were ordered to return any property belonging to Montgomery, but they totally got away with their underhand tactics.  In September of that same year, Director of National Intelligence John Negroponte invoked a gag-order known as the “states secrets privilege” on Montgomery, which if violated could result in a sentence of life imprisonment under the Espionage Act.

In 2009 Montgomery was contracted again for Brennan and Clapper. It became clear to him that under the auspices of the freshly inaugurated President Obama, his surveillance technology was being used in a highly unconstitutional way against the fourth amendment rights of millions and millions of private citizens. He also watched his name be dragged through the mud as a “hoaxer” and a “man who had conned the Pentagon” into using his faulty equipment.  The CIA-influenced Mockingbird Media did hit-pieces on his reputation and he was grossly libelled by journalist James Risen in a book – all tactics to smear him as a fraudster, a conman and a kook, which Montgomery believes were designed to serve as an insurance policy incase he ever decided to talk. He sued Risen for defamation but the case was dismissed. (Ironically, Risen had already been the target of an investigation for his criticisms of the CIA under Clinton and Bush, before Obama upped the ante by reopening the case and marking him for surveillance.)

It wasn’t until 2013 that Montgomery became a whistleblower when he alerted 17 federal agency officials, President Obama and Vice President Joe Biden that the administration was conducting mass illegal domestic surveillance on private U.S citizens: their texts, emails, bank accounts, financial transactions, google searches and political affiliations. In 2015, he gave the FBI 47 hard drives of sensitive information numbering around 600 million pages as part of his immunity deal, though he was never given whistleblower protection.  Some of these hard drives may have been what Mueller had raided him to acquire back in 2006.  FBI Director James Comey buried the information.

Montgomery said during a 2017 radio interview:

“I provided to the FBI seventeen businesses of Donald Trump, including the Trump Tower, the Trump leasing programs, all of these different programs, and including Trump himself and various family members that had been wire tapped under these programs.  There has been a wire tap on Trump for years.”

One cannot discuss Montgomery without bringing up “The Whistleblower Tapes.”

On March 19, 2017, highly decorated, retired U.S. Air Force General Thomas McInerney broke the story about The Whistleblower Tapes during Operation Freedom radio program with Dr. Dave Janda.  Oddly, during the criminal contempt case of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, the tapes were heard in the courtroom under Judge G. Murray Snow, then released to the public.

On the tapes, beleaguered billionaire Timothy Blixseth, Dennis Montgomery’s former business partner in developing the software to spy on Al Qaeda, talked Sheriff Arpaio and Detective Mike Zullo through The Hammer system.

The tapes revealed that according to Montgomery, Brennan and Clapper used The Hammer to spy on Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, 159 Article III judges, FISA Court Presiding Judge Reggie Walton, members of Congress, Wall Street executives, Rudy Giuliani, Lt. General Michael Flynn, Donald Trump, Trump Tower, multiple Trump businesses, and members of the Trump family. Montgomery asserted that Brennan spied on Donald Trump because the CIA feared him, Brennan and Clapper wiretapped Donald Trump “a zillion times.”

This year, General McInerney went back onto the Operation Freedom radio program on November 1st 2020, two days before the election to warn the country that:

“Dems and the CIA have put in place a mechanism which can alter the voting results of electronic voting machines in key swing states (like Pennsylvania) that will determine the outcome of the election.”  Operation Scorecard.”

In the interview, General McInerney explains that a covert app called “Scorecard” steals votes by making sure Democrats always stay about 3% ahead of their Republican rivals (weighted votes). “Scorecard steals the elections by tampering with the computers at the transfer points.”

The trouble with this nefarious plan is that Trump began to win in an absolute landslide, which Sidney Powell claims distorted the algorithm put in place.  The machines then had to be shut down and vote count was weirdly suspended, which squares with what we were seeing on election night and cussing like sailors over.  Ballot dumps were then delivered to the voting centres and counted after Republican scrutineers were sent home, as hundreds of people have gone on record in sworn affidavits to attest to.

Just before the vote count was suspended, here is where the tallies were at:

Pennsylvania:    Trump 57.0% Biden 41.8% – 64% of the vote counted

Georgia:             Trump 53.1% Biden 45.6% – 83% of the vote counted

Michigan:           Trump 54.0% Biden 44.4% – 59% of the vote counted

North Carolina:   Trump 50.1% Biden 48.7% – 94% of the vote counted

Wisconsin:          Trump 51.7% Biden 46.8% – 82% of the vote counted

I’ve seen people try to refute these numbers by claiming that the early mail in votes were yet to be counted therefore the percentage of vote count came in later for Biden.  Utter nonsense.  In most states the early votes through mail-in were counted first and let us not forget that Virginia was called for Biden with only 10% of the vote count in.  Besides, that consistent line of deceit does not explain why vote counts were bloody suspended at all!  You don’t halt vote counting while more are pouring in, unless there’s a fishy deception going on.

After attorney Sidney Powell saw to it that General Flynn was exonerated back in May, and now that she’s in the middle of “releasing the Kraken” over mass voter fraud through the Dominion machines, she stated to Maria Bartiromo of Fox News on Nov 15th 2020:

It’s really an insidious, corrupt system and I can’t tell you how livid I am at our government for not paying attention to complaints, even brought by Democrats… No one in our government has paid any attention to it which makes me wonder if the CIA has used it for its own benefit in different places. And why Gina Haspel is still there in the CIA is beyond my comprehension. She should be fired immediately.”

Four days later, President Trump activated the National Security Memorandum 57 which removes the CIA out of the loop regarding all paramilitary Special Operations, including covert ones, and places them only in the domain of his Acting Secretary of Defense, Christopher Miller.  All information is to flow directly to the President, unfiltered, through the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

This radical memorandum was signed by President Kennedy in 1961 in order to defang the unconstitutional powers inherent within the CIA, which Kennedy felt were dangerous after the Bay of Pigs debacle which brought the country to the brink of a nuclear exchange. However, Memo 57 was never brought into force, until now.

Christopher Miller stated last week:

“We are forging the next chapter in the history of U.S. Special Operations forces and formalizing a watershed reform. Right now, we start the transition to provide greater civilian oversight of and, critically, advocacy for our special operators.

The new policy eliminates bureaucratic layers that have existed between the Pentagon chief and the head of Special Operations/Low-Intensity Conflict. It also gives Special Operations Command, which is based in Tampa, Florida, a more direct line to the defense secretary.”

This came off the back of a recent purge, where Trump fired Defense Secretary Mark Esper and six of his colleagues.  As Sidney Powell stated about Gina Haspel, head of the CIA, “She should be fired immediately.”

I wouldn’t be at all surprised if that happens soon, not only to Haspel but also to FBI Director, Christopher Wray.

Whatever takes place with Sidney Powell’s case against Dominion and the various apps and software used in the machines (Scorecard and Smartmatic) to flip votes to Biden, the fact that John Durham’s long-awaited DOJ report of corruption within the intelligence agencies which attempted to carry out a coup on Trump’s presidency with the debunked Russia collusion hoax, followed by the fake impeachment scandal over an “intercepted phone call” between President Trump and President Zelensky of Ukraine, I bet my dad’s Jag that all this covert, foreign-backed voter fraud is the same coup’s third act.

It’s not a small issue and it’s a total game-changer for the CIA.
