Our Advance NZ / NZPP Co-Leader Jami-Lee Ross was the only MP to speak against the Government’s latest draconian removal of your rights in the name of COVID-19. This new law being rushed through under urgency will take more rights away, force you to undertake medical procedures if the Government says you have you, keep people in detention if they don’t undertake a medical procedure, charge people for the costs of their own detention, give government ministers the power to override the Bill of Rights as they see fit, and set restrictions on who can return to NZ, including requiring a person be vaccinated before coming home to their own country if the government chooses to.
