Exhibit 1: Siouxsie “Nice But Dim” Wiles

The BFD.

Yep, and she is the go-to person for the luvvies at The Spinoff and other media. In January she said:

An infectious diseases expert says New Zealand is likely to escape a coronavirus outbreak.

The deadly virus has infected almost three thousand people across the world – with 81 people confirmed dead in China.

The Ministry of Health says it’s highly likely the virus will reach New Zealand shores.

Auckland University’s Siouxsie Wiles says we are likely to see cases here due to the high number of overseas cases, but told Mike Hosking the number of cases is likely to be limited.

“We don’t have the same population density and when small number of cases come in, they can be easily isolated and stopped.”

Nice one Siouxsie, tell that to the family of the 70-year-old in Westport, and the people of Matamata or the more than a thousand others who now have the virus. I think we can safely ignore whatever you have to say.

Exhibit 2: Nigel “I Know Better Than You” Latta

The BFD.

Yep, Nigel Latta, another go to person for the media luvvies, including the Prime Minister for his opinion on almost everything. Loves the sound of his own voice, especially when conversing with himself. Another idiot we can stop listening to.

Unfortunately the Prime Minister is going to inflict both him and her on us soon with a little PR piece. I bet she doesn’t ask him about his unfortunate tweet.

The media blackball others for much less. What these two clowns have done is minimise a serious situation, and now both of them are cashing in on it with heaps of publicity when the reality is they are about as wrong as Martyn Bradbury is most of the time.

The clown show has to end.
