If you don’t like the sound of aeroplanes don’t move into a house beside the airport.

If you don’t like the sounds of guns don’t move into a house beside a pistol club

If you don’t like the sound of trains don’t move into a commercial building beside the railway tracks and blubber to the media about the noise and smell of the trains.

Did this crybaby not notice the track when he signed the lease?

Sure, it would be nice if the train driver warmed up his train a little further down the tracks where there are no other buildings. Windows however that face the train track can be closed if the smell is an issue. As for the noise what does he expect living beside a railway line?
