A few years ago, two female British MPs commissioned a study into online hate-speech directed at women. To their infinite embarrassment, the study found that the bulk of misogynistic online abuse came, not from men, but other women.
Well, it’s time to play the sad trombone again.
Researchers from the University of Cornell discovered that artificial intelligence systems designed to identify offensive “hate speech” flag comments purportedly made by minorities “at substantially higher rates” than remarks made by whites.
Note, though, the Orwellian regime imposed by universities which are supposed to be bastions of free thought.
Several universities maintain artificial intelligence systems designed to monitor social media websites and report users who post “hate speech.”
Still, it’s very telling that hard, empirical evidence shoots down the left’s conceit that only wicked ol’ whiteys are racist.
In a study published in May, researchers at Cornell discovered that […] according to the AI systems’ definition of abusive speech, “tweets written in African-American English are abusive at substantially higher rates.”
The study also revealed that “black-aligned tweets” are “sexist at almost twice the rate of white-aligned tweets.”
In true leftist fashion, though, when the plain truth contradicts your bullshit, just blame it on “bias”.

One of the study’s authors said that “internal biases” may be to blame for why “we may see language written in what linguists consider African American English and be more likely to think that it’s something that is offensive.”

Or it could just be that non-whites are more racist. Apply Occam’s Razor instead of trying to find excuses. The evidence that non-whites are more racist is abundant, from multiple sources. Sooner or later, after all, even an academic must face the indisputable truth, surely?
