Donald Trump has caused such massive brain explosions for the self-proclaimed American ruling elite that they have lost all sense of reason and are walking themselves into high-revving chainsaws. Many will not emerge in once piece, and those who do will be terminally wounded.
The MSM is aiding and abetting the political suicide by carefully editing many out of context “bombshells” and running them in every news bulletin, providing just the affirmation and encouragement the Democrats need for their mass self-immolation. (Warning: While my use of the expression self-immolation is intentional, it is purely figurative in as much as I believe they will be burnt politically in a big way. This is not intended to drive some lunatic to try and burn any or all of them nor am I encouraging them to do so to themselves).
Given the long political history of the Democrats, even the most senior among them seem unable to clamber above dilettante level in their thinking and actions. You don’t need to be a rocket scientist to work out that flogging a dead horse is a fast highway to nowhere, and boy, they killed the horse ages ago and have been flaying its dead body for so long that public interest has well and truly moved on. The hearing ratings speak volumes for US public interest, and some interviews I’ve seen are showing high levels of disinterest and even antagonism: “they should be getting on with the job of running the country” at the forefront of several comments.
That they show every sign of continuing to flog the impeachment nag and drag up the obstruction of justice issue again from the Mueller report shows how shallow the pond they’re fishing in actually is. And no sign of even a tiny whitebait of evidence that will help their cause.

The long-suffering average American is way past caring about the Democrats and their ongoing pathetic attacks on everything the President says, does, wants to do, thinks of doing and is doing. They have completely misjudged public opinion and still appear not to have realised that the electoral cost will end up being catastrophic for them.
That will be part of the reason why they’re rushing to get these half-arsed hearings over and done with so they can smear and run before the election. They might have been able to get away with it if they had managed to find even a small nail to hang their hat on with the Mueller inquiry. But they didn’t. Still, they chose to bang on and have a go with this Ukraine fiction and again – no sign of even a pin to hang the hat on.
Well, they’ll all get a break for a few days as they have their Thanksgiving holidays!
Speaking of turkeys – It’s hard to soar like an eagle when you’re surrounded by turkeys – except in their case they’re even led by one and are looking to select another one to run against Trump.
