Two white men born in America can claim to be indigenous to NZ simply by identifying as Maori according to this INSANE NZ Human Rights document!

I am NOT joking.

UNDRIP (United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples) is a comprehensive international human rights document on the rights of indigenous peoples. It sets out the minimum standards for the survival, dignity, wellbeing, and rights of the world’s indigenous peoples.

The below nuttier than squirrel poo document was signed by John Key’s government, Helen Clark’s government didn’t sign it because it was too radical even for her.

Let that sink in for one minute.

Have a read of the long list of RIGHTS of people who self-identify as indigenous. One of their “rights” is their OWN Media and a protected employment status!
