Everyone by now should be familiar enough with Martin Niemöller’s famous, post-WWII lament, but just in case, it runs like this:
First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist. Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out— because I was not a trade unionist. Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew. Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.
Well, now another group of hateful, racist, power-mad socialists are gunning for their designated untermenschen.
This week on the ABC, your tax dollars were spent indulging the racist fantasies, prejudices and obsessions of a group of young women ‘of colour’…The discussion on Q&A revolved around the blanket demonising (with no evidence provided, naturally) of an entire racial and gender group stereotype. This newly-discovered and ghastly sub-set of humanity was accused of all sorts of heinous crimes against their fellow souls, including ‘exploitation’ and ‘the persecution of people’.
[…] Interestingly, the specific misdemeanours were described in very broad strokes, allowing the impressionable viewer to imagine these villainous characters brutally whipping people, locking them in chains, torturing or even lynching fellow human beings, starving them, humiliating them, hanging them and then, to add salacious titillation, accusing those they were persecuting of being ‘sexual deviants’ as well. All without any supporting evidence whatsoever.
All of which sounds like the sort of unhinged racist fantasies poured forth from spittle-flecked admirers of The Protocols of the Elders of Zion or Mein Kampf, but these particular racists aren’t coming for the Jews. Well, not yet. Not quite.
So who were these appalling creatures? These despicable human beings clearly worthy of our derision and disdain?
Why, white women of course. Yes, ‘white women’ are now the new targets of the hateful, intolerant hard Left. Having so successfully demonised ‘white men’ over the last decade, the Left now has a shiny new target. White women!

Lest you think this kind of racism is the sole preserve of these “women of colour” (what colour? The likes of Ruby Hamad and Linda Sarsour, supposedly bona fide “women of colour” are paler than solidly Anglo-European me), there is no shortage of white worms eager to crawl forth and lick the feet of their new mistresses.
As Jim Goad once said, racial self-hatred is never attractive. It didn’t reflect well on blacks when movie clowns such as Mantan Moreland was bugging his eyes out and saying ‘Feets don’t fail me now!,’ nor was it appealing when the heavy-lidded Stepin Fetchit played a shuffling, servile black idiot in every appearance. The more white people crawl to vile race-baiters “of colour”, the more they get emotionally sandblasted with malicious rhetoric about how ‘whiteness’ is a poison that needs to be uprooted and eradicated.
It’s OK to be white. To actually internalise the racist hatred that demonises a whole people for the colour of their skin is not only the refutation of Martin Luther King’s dream but the first step on the road to yet another genocide.
