Are you “bigger” than a cigarette or a vaper? Would you REALLY like to shake off the domination they have over you? Here is how.
I had smoked a packet of 20 daily for a matter of 35 years, however as a hospital worker I knew at the time that smoking was to be banned on hospital premises, and I was too “up myself” to become a secret smoker in the toilet.

I half-remembered that I’d read somewhere that Alcoholics Anonymous had a policy of avoiding the “Next Drink”, so I told myself I was only going to have to FIGHT the “next cigarette” and I WAS BIGGER THAN ANY CIGARETTE!

So, I didn’t buy any more and asked my workmates to refuse if I asked for one. After a week it became much easier.  I could walk up hills without becoming breathless, and having gone for a week, no way was I prepared to waste the effort. The freedom is terrific.  I’d proved to myself that the “addiction” is in the mind only. It is up to your determination to resist ONE Cigarette –   the next one.  Good luck enjoying the money you’ll save.
